On Monday 10th February 2014 I was asked to attend the Well being of Women charity event to make up the wonderful women who are embarking on the tough challenge of climbing Kilimanjaro in order to raise awareness and £25,000 for this amazing charity.

In amongst the doctors, sportswomen and international DJ’s, such as Laura Elliot (DJ Lora) who was hosting this fabulous event, was her close friend and model Sophie Anderton.

It was a real delight and pleasure to meet Sophie, who gorgeous, chatty and every inch the glamorous woman I thought her to be.

Sophie opted for an elegant cats eye liner with accents of gold, a dewy skin and pinky nude lip, to complete her stunning black satin backless top.

For her skin I used a ‘By Terri’ base which when buffed creates a stunning glow along with a full yet light coverage. When doing Sophies’ eyes I started with a soft gold ‘Mac’ Shadow called ‘Heavenly Buss’ softly working this into the eye socket to create depth. For  her eye-liner flicks, I used ‘Laura Mercier’ gel pot with a very thin short brush, lightly swept along the base of the lashes.

My favourite bronzer to create a fantastic soft contour with is ‘Benefit – Hoola’ when pushed into the hollow of the cheeks it gives flawless skin whilst creating prominent cheek bones, but still with a natural sun kissed finish.

This looked fantastic on her, and I thoroughly enjoyed making her up. Her already glowing skin was flawless, and her cheek bones were a make up artists dream!

This evening was a complete success and I wish all the brave ladies all the luck in the world with their climb. Ill certainly be following their progress and hope to see them once they return to the UK.
